Present at the ceremony were Hon. Mayor Romeo Villaceran, Vice Mayor Vincent Villacrucis, and SB members Perla Molina, Perla Bacayo, Delfin Santillan, Julius Villaceran and Icky Salazar. MSWD head Merba Mansueto, LCR head Larry Fernandez, and the staff from the mayor’s office were also in attendance.
